We calculate age by finding the difference between today's date and your birth date. The calculation precisely adjusts for varying month lengths (28, 29, 30, or 31 days) and leap years. For example, from January 15 to March 10, we count 1 month + remaining days, not just divide by 30.
How do I calculate my age in days?
Total days = (Current Date - Birth Date). Our calculator shows this automatically. For quick estimation: Years × 365.25 (accounting for leap years). A 30-year-old has lived approximately 10,958 days, 262,980 hours, or 15.8 million minutes.
What is chronological age vs biological age?
Chronological age is your actual age in years from birth date - what this calculator measures. Biological age reflects your body's health relative to chronological age and requires medical tests. Someone chronologically 40 might be biologically 35 if they're very healthy.
